A story of healing and transformation, with global implications, filled with hope and a clear vision of how to manifest peace. It is my account of how yoga strengthened, healed and prepared me as my practice brought to the surface, deeply embedded but subconscious memory of sexual abuse from childhood. Disturbing and harsh at times but the current reality is that few escape childhood unscathed. Knowledge is power and education is prevention.
